ABS Film Company was founded in 1998 by Antoni Solé and Jaume Solé.

The company, one of the most prolific in Spain, is based in Barcelona and Madrid and boasts partners and associates in Montreal, L.A., Bucharest, London and Rome.
ABS has produced over 20 feature films and has an average slate of 3 to 4 pictures a year, with films currently shot in Romania and Canada through associates MediaPro and Caramel Films.

ABS’ aim is that to supply markets with commercial products that stand out for quality and solid financial structures.

We produce, line-produce, raise equity, provide top-notch post production and step in when gap financing is needed on very specific projects.

The company also serves as a Spanish theatrical distributor and has acted as a Home Video label for two years.

ABS is a SAG signatory, a solid guarantee for bond companies and a prestigious brand when it comes down to Art movies and feature films that are meant to be remembered.

Our films played in competitive sections in Cannes, Berlin, Venice, Roma, Karlovy Vary and AFI among others. We have promoted new film-makers and celebrated others that have left their indelible mark on the 7^th art, and we intend to keep doing so and venture into new genres, or simply promote our products through alternate media and sources.

Television is our next frontier. So please feel free to submit projects that are either female thrillers, disaster movies, or simply comedies. In English, and possibly with no directors attached.
